We accept returns within 14 days of the day your on-line order is delivered.
Please e-mail info@shoparnica.com to request your return.
All items that are returned must be in new condition and in their original like-new packaging with tags to be eligible for a refund.
The buyer is responsible for any/all return shipping costs including duty in the case of international purchases.
All sales are final after 14 days of receiving your order without notification of a return request.
Please use a trackable shipping method with insurance. We are not responsible for lost packages.

Your return will be processed as soon as possible but allow up to 7 days for your refund to be processed.
We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you of approval/rejection.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to you credit card or original method of payment, generally within 30 days.

There may be certain situations where a partial refund is granted.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.


Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Each jewelry piece is custom made to order and usually ships within 4-6 weeks.
Orders are processed the following business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation upon ordering and a shipping confirmation with tracking information upon shipping. Signature is required unless you tell us otherwise in your order.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled once the jewelry piece construction has started.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
